Will I have a choice of fixtures and fittings and can I supply them myself?
Absolutely , if you would like to purchase anything directly and provide it for installation at the appropriate time then we have no objections to this but we always suggest clients to choose our suppliers for a number of reasons, we’re confident of the quality, we can manage the logistics, trade prices, and any troubleshooting during the renovation is easier since we can directly contact.
How long does the bathroom renovation take?
Typically a bathroom renovation will take between 3 to 5 weeks depending on how complex the job is. An acrylic shower and minimal tiling will take around three weeks while a fully-tiled bathroom with custom glass can take up to five weeks.
How much does a bathroom renovation cost?
Like anything to do with building, the cost of a bathroom renovation is extremely variable. A bathroom quote is made up approximately of half products and half labour.
When it comes to bathroom renovations the sky’s the limit and a top-end bathroom can cost an infinite amount depending on what kind of custom-made products, tiles, fixtures, and accessories you want. We do not provide estimates to our clients as every client is different so every bathroom is different. We work closely with our clients to understand their needs and budget then aim to provide a dream bathroom that does not compromise on quality.

What warranty does Exceptional Bathrooms offer?
We supply a 5-year warranty on our tradesmanship, a 15-year warranty on waterproof, and all products carry the standard manufacturer’s warranty.
What do Exceptional Bathrooms supply?
We supply everything! Our full team of highly-qualified, registered tradesmen can complete any bathroom renovation to your highest expectations. We source and supply all our own products from the bath to the grout that goes between the tiles. Once you call us you won’t have to make any further calls as we organise everything.
If there are full boxes of unused tiles after tiling is completed, can they be returned?
Definitely, we are happy to have them returned so they can be repurposed. However, we only accept them back if they’re returned within 30 days of their purchase and a 20% handling fee applies to all returns.
Do you do Free Quotes?
Yes. We will provide an in-home consultation for free so you know exactly what you’re getting yourself into with your bathroom renovation. Following our initial chat and measure up we provide a detailed quote including the cost of all of your fittings, tiles, bathroom supplies and labour estimates.
